Soak two wrap bandages with approximately 100 ml of serum. Wrap the desired areas of the body, including thighs, buttocks, and abdomen. Leave on for 15–20 minutes. Remove the bandages and rinse any remaining serum off with cool water. For best results, use together with Joko Blend wrap pants twice a week for 1–2 months.
